Embarking on the journey of inner work can seem intimidating and tedious. This is the reason so many of us never start.

Inner Workbook is a tool that marks the path with manageable, meaningful and practical pitstops for you.

If you're reading this, it's for a reason. You've cultivated something within yourself that wants more out of life. You've come to the right place. Not everyone arrives here so, well done! 

It took me a lot of years to get here myself. Inner Workbook is a culmination of what I have seen and what I have been taught by life and by the teachers I was drawn to. In getting sober, I learned that I didn't know myself. In learning that I didn't know myself, I saw an opportunity to study. I've always loved to research, compile information and make meaning. I became the subject of my own inquiry. In becoming the subject of my own inquiry, I unlocked a gift. This is a gift I now share with you. It's the gift of questions.

This is like dipping your toe into the pool of my practice. Not everyone is ready to work with a coach or practitioner. I see that and this is my response to it.

what is inner work?

Inner work, also known as inner or self-development, is a process of self-exploration, self-awareness, and personal growth. It involves delving into one's thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and behaviors to gain a deeper understanding of oneself and create positive changes in various aspects of life. Inner work is often undertaken with the intention of improving overall well-being, relationships, and personal fulfillment.

key themes: self-reflection, emotional awareness, identifying beliefs and conditioning, practicing mindfulness, self-compassion, acceptance and integration, boundaries, healing trauma and past wounds, self-empowerment.​
